EGYPTIAN PRESIDENT TO VISIT OMAN

Muscat: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt will make a two-day official visit to the Sultanate of Oman beginning Monday.


The Diwan of Royal Court released the following statement:

"In reinforcement of the fraternal connections that bind the Sultanate of Oman and the Arab Republic of Egypt, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi will undertake an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman beginning Monday, June 27, 2022."

The visit is the result of the two countries' leaders' desire to sustain bilateral relations and find ways to expand them to new vistas.

The visit will explore various areas that serve the joint interests and meet the aspirations of their peoples. It will also discuss a number of topics of concern to the two sides in light of regional and international developments.
