Kuwait City: The management of the Public Authority for Manpower's (PAM) National Center for Occupational Health and Safety stated that its noon work team was able to monitor ten cases of workers violating a prevention notification in the residential city of Al-Mutlaa. The head of the work team, Hamad Al-Makhial, stated on Monday that the outcome of the team's inspection campaigns on the sites exceeded 450 sites, in addition to giving approximately 600 workers notices to avoid a violation, as their companies later settled their situations to avoid a fine.

Al-Makhial went on to say that the team's work period, which lasted from the first of June until the end of the campaign Monday by companies in accordance with the law prohibiting employment at noon in open workplaces, received a positive response. He stated that the violations begin with a notification to the violating worker to avoid a violation, which is a warning to companies to correct their workers' working hours in public places, in order for the team to implement administrative decisions to protect workers' rights and preserve their safety.
