Kuwait City: A man who tried to escape after colliding with a police patrol team's vehicle when he was asked to stop the vehicle was arrested. It has been referred to the authorities concerned for taking necessary legal action against the accused who was in possession of intoxicating substances. The accused was drugged and unconscious. The Ministry of Home Affairs thanked the citizens who helped rescue the security officer. The ministry stated that the security officer's injuries were minor and he was discharged from the hospital.
