Female employees work overtime in salon

Kuwait City, April 26: Employees at some women’s salon in Kuwait have been asked to work extra hours without any overtime pay even the day of Eid. An expat woman claimed that her African, Asian, and Filipino co-workers had been at work since the day before Eid Al-Fitr, noting that this occurs every year during the holidays, especially Eid.

An Indian employee at a different women's salon claimed that her co-worker, who had worked there for more than ten years, had been fired after asking for a raise, despite the fact that the majority of clients frequented the salon because of her excellent service.
