Hindi Word 'Accha' Just Made It To The Cambridge Dictionary

New Delhi : The Hindi word 'Accha', meaning okay just made it to the Cambridge Dictionary. The word "Accha" can mean good, okay, or be used as an expression of astonishment, depending on the tone of the speaker. The word Accha has roots in the Sanskrit language and it appears in both Hindi and Urdu languages. The Cambridge Dictionary website entry tagged the word as 'Indian English', was published just last week and defined Accha as 'used for showing that you agree with something or understand something.' The word was also included in the Oxford Dictionary a few years ago.
