KD 538 MILLION TO SUPPORT NATIONAL WORKERS IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR ANNUALLY

Kuwait City : A recent study revealed that the annual value of support to state workers has totaled to a value of KD 538 million in the private sector alone.

The private sector employs 4.1 percent Kuwaiti Nationals and most of the national workers are in the pay band of 480 dinars or greater. The major sectors that hold a lion's share of employment are wholesale and retail trade, restaurants, hotels, finance, insurance, real estate, business services sector, social and personal services.
