Kuwait city : Badr Al Sama Medical Center Farwaniya had a Grand opening of 24x7 call Centre on 30 sep 2021 at 4:30 pm. The department was Inaugurated by Dr. Rajashekaran (Urologist). Presided by Mr. Ashraf Ayyoor (Promoter), Mr Abdul Razak (Branch Manager) & Dr. Justin Stephen (Medical Director). On this occasion Mr Abdul Razak (Branch Manager), Mr Ashraf Ayyoor (Promoter), Dr Justin Stephen (Medical Director), Rajashekaran (Urologist), Members of management and staff of Badr Al Sama Medical center were present.

The 24x7 Operating Call Centre with answering incoming calls from patients, Assisting Patients with requests for information,  complaints,  making appointments and resolving issues. Maintaining written and verbal communication skills. Ensuring patients satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns related to their health. 

The only medical Centre in Farwaniya which workes 24x7.The Centre offers wide range of specialty medical services such as Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Pediatrics, ENT, Dentistry, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology & Cosmetology, General / Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Radiology, Laboratory and Pharmacy.
