KUWAIT MANPOWER AUTHORITY HANDLED MORE THAN 10 LAKH TRANSACTIONS THIS YEAR THROUGH AUTOMATED SYSTEM

Kuwait City: The number of transactions made through the Kuwait Manpower Authority's automated systems since January has exceeded 10 million, according to the Authority's Information System Center Department Director. 


Ahmed Al Moussa, director general of the Authority for Complete Transformation of Electronic Services, said in a statement that the Information System Center Department's director had made positive changes to the system. 

About 95 per cent of the 13 lakh transactions were done through an automated system without human intervention. The director said only 75,000 transactions were made through employees.
