WINTER VACCINATION CAMPAIGN IN KUWAIT, HUGE TURNOUT FOR REGISTRATION

Kuwait City: Authorities say many are interested in registering for winter vaccination in Kuwait. Officials said this shows that health awareness has grown among the people since the onset of the covid epidemic. 


The winter vaccination campaign will be conducted in 58 health centers across the country from October 7 to the end of December. The aim is to prevent winter epidemics. Vaccination is considered for those who are at high risk of contracting the disease. Officials say the vaccines are safe and have no side effects. Influenza vaccination will not help prevent covid, officials said. 

If senior citizens are unable to register, medical staff will assist with registration. Officials responded that it would be available to children over the age of six months after the announcement by the Ministry of Health.
