SOLUTION TO CRISIS IN CIVIL ID DISTRIBUTION IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: Resolving uncertainties regarding civil ID distribution. Since last April, a large section of citizens and residents have been facing delays in getting a civil card. It is reported that now the Public Authority for Civil Information has started issuing plastic civil cards without chips. 


In addition, another system has been introduced to troubleshoot and update the electronic system software. Currently, the Authority is focusing on issuing speed cards to citizens and persons below the age of five. The card will be available within a few days of submitting the application.
