SUICIDE ATTEMPT AGAIN AT JABIR BRIDGE, EXPATRIATE ARRESTED

Kuwait City: Police have rescued an Egyptian man who tried to commit suicide by jumping into the sea from the Sheikh Jaber Bridge. 


Home Ministry patrols received a report that a man had jumped into the sea from the bridge and were immediately rescued by security forces. An Egyptian national who tried to commit suicide has been implicated in a 3,000-din financial crime, police said. Shamia was referred to the police station on a charge of attempted suicide.

This is the third suicide attempt on the Jabir Bridge in two weeks.
