Kuwait City: Interior Minister Sheikh Tamar Al Ali has announced that the committee has been set up to formulate policies on next year's Amiri amnesty. The committee members are Attorney General, Councilor Mohammad Al Duij, Amiri Diwan Representative Dr Manayar al-Ajran, Director of Criminal Execution Prosecution Mishal al-Ghannam, and Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Interior. Release is based on criteria, including good conduct during imprisonment, and the sentence is reduced. Amiri will not grant mercy relief to those involved in terrorism and human trafficking cases.
