Kuwait City: Quran verse on the feet of a foreign woman who arrived at a private hospital in Kuwait. The incident was reported by a local youth who reached the hospital. Security officials arrested the young woman and registered a case against her for violating the sanctity of religions, after a young man who noticed a Quranic tattoo on the leg of a British woman reported it to police.
