Transferring a commercial visit visa to a work visa is permitted before December 31, 2021.

KUWAIT CITY –  Those who arrived on commercial visit visas issued before November 24, 2021 will be allowed to change to work visas before December 31, 2021, according to Al-Jarida daily.
According to PAM sources, this is done in accordance with Administrative Circular No. 20 of 2021, which governs the issuance of work permits to those who entered the country on commercial visit visas.
