A Kuwaiti chalet owner has been acquitted of rape charges.

KUWAIT CITY : The Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Muhammad Al-Sanea, acquitted a Kuwaiti chalet owner of sexual assault, according to Al-Seyassah.

The Public Prosecutor had previously charged the citizen with sexually assaulting a person while using a spy camera, as well as misusing a phone and modern equipment.

The citizen has denied the charges since the beginning of the investigation.
Attorney Salem Al-Saad of Al-Rifai Legal Group, who represented the accused in court, requested that he be acquitted due to the lack of incriminating evidence.
