NEW GUIDELINES FOR KUWAITI ICE CREAM VENDORS

Kuwait City: Ice cream vendors have received new instructions from the Interior Ministry.


1. Ice cream carts cannot be driven on interstates or ring roads.
2. To operate a motorcycle, vendors must have a valid driver's license.
3. The motorcycle used to pull an ice cream cart needs to have a license plate.
4. Motorcycles need to be in good shape.
5. The rider of a motorcycle is required to wear a helmet.
6. Reflective vests should be worn at night.
7. If any of the aforementioned rules are broken, the vendor will be detained and the ice cream cart will be taken away.
