Riyadh: A new railway project has been launched to connect the northern and eastern railways of Saudi Arabia through the industrial city of Jubail. Governor of Eastern Province, Amir Saud bin Nayef, inaugurated the event. To connect the two lines, a railway network with a total length of 124 km will be laid within the industrial city of Jubail.

The railway network passing through the city of Jubail will greatly benefit the industrial facilities. This network extends from Sadara Company in Jubail to King Fahd Industrial Port and Jubail Commercial Port. More than 60 lakh tonnes of liquid and solid materials can be shipped annually from King Fahd Port through this route. Trains will start running on the tracks early next year.

In Saudi Arabia, one more job field was announced the other day. Jobs in the consulting sector are indigenized. The announcement was made by the country's Human Resource and Social Development Minister Ahmad Al Rajhi. The minister tweeted that it has been decided to indigenize the consulting sector and jobs in that sector in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Finance, Local Content Authority, Spending Efficiency Authority and Hadaf Fund.
