MoI: Travelers allowed to leave country without taking fingerprint

The Ministry of Interior announced today, Sunday, that travelers are allowed to leave the country without the need to take a fingerprint, provided that it is taken upon return to Kuwait, in order to facilitate travellers. 

The ministry stated in a statement that there are 3 centers in Al-Jahra, Ali Sabah Al-Salem, and the West Mishref region that operate daily and 24 hours a day, in addition to the Farwaniya Governorate Center, which operates from eight in the morning until eight in the evening, to take the fingerprint. The Ministry of Interior noted that an appointment must be taken through the Matta platform for citizens and the ministry's website for visitors in order to complete the fingerprint procedures.
