Kuwait City: Street vendors arrested for selling foam cans and water balloons. The arrest was recorded by inspection teams in the Capitol and Haveli governorates, municipal sources said.


He was arrested for illegally selling foam cans, water-filled balloons, water sprayers and pistols. Officials said items sold on the streets during the national celebrations would be confiscated and transferred to the governorate center for destruction.
