Dubai Fitness Challenge Returns with 30 Days of Free Workouts

  • 31/10/2025

The Dubai Fitness Challenge kicks off on November 1st, initiating a 30-day city-wide initiative to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. The program encourages everyone to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity each day.

A central feature of this year's challenge is the establishment of three free, public fitness villages:

  • DP World Fitness Village at Kite Beach: The largest venue, offering beach sports, padel, boxing, and yoga from November 1-30.

  • Dubai Municipality Fitness Village at Zabeel Park: A zone for all levels, featuring group classes, a spinning zone, and a dedicated kids' area from November 1-30.

  • Dubai Municipality Fitness Village at Al Warqa Park: A family-friendly location with a running and cycling track, a women's zone, and a cycling hub from November 1-30.

All venues provide a wide range of bookable courts and free workout sessions suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Pre-registration on the official website is required to participate in the classes and use the bookable facilities.

The challenge also includes mega-events like the Dubai Run and Dubai Ride. Furthermore, Global Village is participating as a key community hub, hosting activities like the Oscar Step Challenge and dance workshops to engage families and fitness enthusiasts throughout November.
