AUTHORITIES ISSUE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO PASSENGERS TRAVELLING VIA DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Dubai:  Authorities have issued a special directive to travelers via Dubai International Airport. Authorities have warned passengers at Dubai Airport that traffic will be heavy for the next two weeks as schools close for the summer and Eid holidays. 


About 24 lakh passengers are expected to pass through Dubai Airport between June 24 and July 4. An average of 214,000 passengers pass through it daily. July 2 is expected to be the busiest day. That day, 235,000 people will travel through Dubai Airport. On the Eid-ul-Fitr weekend, July 8th and 9th, the number of passengers will increase in a similar manner. 

Dubai Airport is working with airlines, controllers, commercial and service partners to enhance the passenger's airport experience. Passengers are also advised to take some precautions to avoid holiday rush.
