ABU DHABI HOUSING BEGINS THE PROCEDURES FOR DISBURSING THE SECOND HOUSING PACKAGE FOR 2022

Abu Dhabi: His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Rashid Al Hamli, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, extended his thanks, appreciation and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, for his generous directives to disburse the second housing Package for 2022, which included building loans, maintenance and expansion, demolition and reconstruction and loans Purchasing ready homes and exempting retired and retired people with limited income from paying the remaining dues.


Al Hamli confirmed that the authority has started implementing the lofty directives directly by communicating and informing the citizens who benefit from this package, and urging them to start activating and benefiting from the housing services provided to them.

Al Hamli pointed out that the number of beneficiaries of the second housing package amounted to more than 1,100 citizens, with a total value of 1.5 billion dirhams, which confirms the leadership's keenness to make citizens happy and cares about their affairs in order to achieve their comfort and family and social stability, and to ensure that they build stable families for an impressive future, based on The leadership's vision and belief that the Emirati citizen is the real wealth of the nation, pointing at the same time to the sameness of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to implement the orders of the rational leadership in providing a decent life and family and social stability for citizens,As the authority works to translate lofty decisions related to housing programs in the emirate to enhance and develop the residential environment for the citizens of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi.
