24-HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DUBAI AIRPORT

Dubai: Those passing through the international airport can contact the Always On Contact Center 24 hours a day, wherever in the world, for flight information.


Officials advised that information may be requested at any time by getting in touch with the airport's customer service department through phone, e-mail, live chat, social media, etc. Additionally, it has been announced that a method for comprehending information through WhatsApp chat would soon be launched.
