Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the working hours for various services during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. These adjustments will apply to Customer Happiness Centers, Paid Parking Zones, Public Buses, Dubai Metro, Tram, Marine Transport, and Vehicle Inspection Centers. The special hours will be in effect from Saturday, March 29, to Tuesday, April 2, with regular operations resuming on Wednesday, April 3.
Public Parking: Parking will be free in all public parking areas except multi-level parking terminals from Shawwal 1 to 3. Parking fees will resume from Shawwal 4.
Vehicle Inspection Centers & Customer Happiness Centers: These centers will be closed from Shawwal 1 to 3 and will resume services from Shawwal 4. However, Smart Customer Happiness Centers in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kiffa, and RTA Headquarters will remain operational 24/7.

Monday, March 31 – Wednesday, April 2: 5 AM – 1 AM

Sunday, March 30: 9 AM – 1 AM
Dubai Bus & Marine Transport: Passengers are advised to use the Tawamshaha app or visit the RTA website for the latest service schedules for Dubai Bus, Hatta Bus, Water Taxi, Dubai Ferry, Abra, and Electric Heritage Abra.
