Make it in the Emirates Forum’ Showcases UAE Products; LuLu Group Expands Local Offerings

Abu Dhabi hosted the grand launch of the 'Make it in the Emirates Forum', a major event aimed at showcasing the excellence and importance of UAE-manufactured goods. Running until May 22, the forum features over 3,800 products from across the Emirates and participation from more than 720 companies representing sectors such as food, steel, healthcare, IT, tourism, and artificial intelligence.

Major UAE companies including KEZAD Group, Emirates Steel, Silal, and EDGE are presenting their latest innovations at the event.

Retail giant LuLu Group set up an impressive stall at the forum, underlining its continued support for locally made products. As part of the 'Make it in the Emirates' campaign, LuLu has expanded the availability of UAE-made goods in its stores, now offering more than 5,000 local products.

LuLu Retail CEO Saifee Rupawala emphasized the group's commitment to supporting domestic manufacturing and contributing to the UAE’s Vision 2031.

Other key LuLu representatives present at the forum included Chief Operating & Strategy Officer Salim V.I., Private Labels Director Shameem Zainul Abideen, Marketing & Communications Director V. Nandakumar, Abu Dhabi Region Director Abubacker T., and Al Tayeb Director Riyadh Jabbar.
