Riyadh : Saudi Arabia will remove the controversial restrictions on Foreign workers in labor policy. With the new decision, the officials hope that it will reduce citizen unemployment. According to Sattam Alharbi, a deputy Minister at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Non-Saudis will not need their employer's permission anymore to change job, travel abroad or to leave the country permanently. He added that the new rule will come into effect on March 14 and will apply to all foreign workers in the private sector. Sattam Alharbi stated that " These changes are not small changes- it's huge .We aim to achieve more inclusions for Saudis , attract talent, improve the working conditions, make Saudi Arabia's labor market more dynamic and productive."
