DANIA, 3 YEAR OLD GIRL PART OF DUBAI POLICE 'POSITIVE SPIRIT'

Dubai: Dania Khalid, a three-year-old girl, is part of the Dubai Police's 'Positive Spirit' community initiative. Dania is the youngest volunteer to work with the Dubai Police.


Under the supervision of Dania's father, the workers were provided with drinking water, drinks and umbrellas. Fatima Buhajeer, General Coordinator of the Positive Spirit Project, said that Dania's involvement in activities is to cultivate and motivate a volunteer attitude in children. She added that Dania had joined the scheme through a website called Volunteers.ae where those who wanted to serve with the police had to register.

The service is carried out in compliance with all covid precautions for the safety of volunteers and customers. Khalid Saleh, Dania's father, said that her daughter's interest in volunteering has made her very happy and that it will inspire the next generation to come forward in this field.
