SAUDI CABINET PLANS TO MAKE JEDDAH THE BEST CITY IN WORLD

Riyadh: The plan to make Jeddah on the Red Sea coast in the western province of Saudi Arabia the best city in the world. The decision of the Saudi cabinet to form a development authority for this. The authority was approved by a cabinet meeting chaired by King Salman. The Authority's Board of Directors is chaired by Crown Prince Amir Mohammed bin Salman.


Makkah Governor, Makkah Deputy Governor, Culture Minister, Jeddah Governor, Commerce Minister, Tourism Minister, Public Investment Fund Governor, Eng. The cabinet also decided to appoint Ibrahim Bin Muhammad Al-Sultan and the Mayor of Jeddah as members of the authority. Makkah Governor, Deputy Governor and Jeddah Mayor thanked King Salman and Crown Prince for the decision to establish Jeddah Development Authority.

Makkah Governor Amir Khalid Al-Faisal said that the order to change the Jeddah Governorate Project Office to the Jeddah Development Authority reflects the historical status of the city of Jeddah, the gateway of pilgrims.
