How to Pay Traffic Fines from Other GCC Countries Online from the UAE

Dubai: If you’re a UAE resident who has received a traffic fine while driving your own vehicle in neighboring GCC countries such as Oman, Kuwait, or Saudi Arabia, you can now pay the fine online without leaving the UAE.

Thanks to the integration of GCC traffic systems with UAE’s digital platforms, traffic violations from these countries can be settled easily through the Dubai Police app or the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) app.

How to pay a traffic fine via the Dubai Police app or website:

  1. Open the Dubai Police app or visit www.dubaipolice.gov.ae.

  2. Go to the “Services” menu.

  3. Under the Traffic section, select “Fines Inquiry and Payment.”

  4. In the "Fine Source" dropdown, choose the relevant GCC country.

  5. Enter the fine number and the year it was issued.

  6. Complete the captcha and click “Search.”

  7. If the fine is located, proceed to pay using a credit or debit card.

How to pay fines through the RTA app:

  1. Open the app and select “Services.”

  2. Choose “Pay Fines for Others.”

  3. Enter the fine number, select the fine source, year, and other required details.

  4. Click “Search” to retrieve the fine.

  5. Once displayed, you can pay the amount directly online.

With this new feature, paying off traffic fines from GCC countries like Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait is now quick and hassle-free for UAE residents. Make sure to have your fine number and details handy for smooth processing.
