Kuwait: The Director of the Meteorology Department, Dharar Al-Ali, has announced that Kuwait will be affected by a surface low pressure system on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 3 and 4. This system will bring hot, dry conditions and strong, dust-raising winds.

Speaking to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Ali said the weather maps and numerical models show active northwesterly winds ranging from 20 to 65 kilometers per hour. These winds are expected to significantly reduce horizontal visibility to less than 1,000 meters in some areas.

Daytime temperatures are forecasted to range between 39°C and 42°C. The night will remain hot with moderate to brisk winds of 20 to 50 kilometers per hour. Sea waves may reach heights between 3 and 7 feet, and nighttime temperatures are expected to fall between 27°C and 31°C.

Authorities advise the public to take necessary precautions, especially those with respiratory issues, and avoid outdoor activities during peak dust and wind periods.
