Emirates Airline has issued a travel advisory for passengers flying during the Eid holidays, as heavy congestion is expected at Dubai International Airport. The busiest days at Terminal 3 are projected to be March 28-29 and April 5-6.

To avoid delays, Emirates recommends that passengers arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure and pay close attention to boarding times. The airline has provided multiple check-in options to streamline the process:

  1. Online check-in is available 48 hours before departure via the Emirates website and app.
  2. The Emirates City Check-in and Travel Store at ICD Brookfield Place allows check-in from 24 to 4 hours before departure (not available for US-bound passengers).
  3. Travelers can opt for home check-in from their residence or hotel.
  4. Passengers from the Northern Emirates can check in at Ajman Central Bus Terminal between 24 and 4 hours before departure.

Additionally, travelers must complete passport verification at least 90 minutes before departure. Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers should reach their gate 60 minutes prior, while First and Business Class travelers should arrive 45 minutes before departure. Boarding gates will close 20 minutes before takeoff, with no exceptions for late arrivals.

Emirates has emphasized strict adherence to check-in and gate closing times to ensure punctual departures during this busy travel period.
