QATAR CHANGES VISA-ON-ARRIVAL CRITERIA FOR A FEW COUNTRIES

Qatar: The Ministry of Interior has changed the conditions for Indian, Iranian, and Pakistani nationals seeking visas on arrival. They will need to book a hotel for the entire stay using the Discover Qatar website.


The information has been placed on the Discover Qatar website, and bookings for visas on arrival for certain nationalities have begun. 

The Ministry of Interior for the State of Qatar has mandated that any nationals having passports issued by India, Iran, or Pakistan must meet the following extra standards in order to acquire a 'Visa on Arrival' beginning April 14, 2022:

. The tourist must have reserved a hotel room through the Discover Qatar website.
. The length of the visa will be determined by the length of the hotel stay purchased from Discover Qatar, which can range from 2 days to 60 days.
. Meet all additional requirements imposed by the Ministry of Interior.
