DOHA CORNICHE ROAD WILL BE PARTIALLY CLOSED FROM TODAY

Qatar: Ashgabat has announced a two-week curfew on Doha's Corniche Street from today. Construction work as part of the Cornish upgrade is being regulated in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport. 


The section from Cornish Street to Mohammed Bin Thani Street is closed. Ashgabat said road users should take a U-turn off Markhia Street to reach their destination.

In addition, there will be restrictions on left turns from Cornish Street to Al Rumelia Street and on the U-turn in Daphne, just before Marquia.
