Heart Attack Claims Life of Malayali Nurse in Saudi Arabia

Dammam: A young Malayali nurse tragically passed away in Saudi Arabia following a heart attack. The deceased, Srilakshmi, aged 34 and a native of Aranmula in Pathanamthitta district, died on Saturday morning in Jubail, located in the eastern region of the Kingdom.

She was employed in the emergency department of Jubail Al Mana Hospital and was well-known in the Malayali community there. Srilakshmi also served as an executive member of the Toyota unit under the Jubail Kudumbavedi Town Area Committee.

She is survived by her husband, Shrikumar, who is the Social Welfare Convener of Kudumbavedi Jubail Town Area, and their daughter Devika, a fifth-grade student at Jubail Indian School.

The unexpected loss has left the local Malayali community in shock and mourning.
