Dubai: The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has announced its most comprehensive operational strategy for Hajj 2025, scheduled to be officially launched on Thursday (10 Dhul-Qa'dah, Hijri 1446). The initiative focuses on providing pilgrims with a seamless, accessible, and spiritually enriching journey using artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and smart platforms.
Among the standout features is "Manara 2," a second-generation multilingual AI robot developed to guide and assist pilgrims across various touchpoints. Additionally, interactive multilingual smart screens will be installed in key areas to provide real-time information and support.
The plan also includes a Digital Quran Platform to enable global access to Quranic recitation and study, and the Surat Al-Fatihah App, designed to deepen pilgrims' understanding of the Quran’s opening chapter in multiple languages.
Saudi Arabia’s 2025 Hajj digital transformation is regarded as the most expansive in its history, reflecting the kingdom's commitment to modernizing the pilgrimage experience through smart innovation.
