HAYA CARD HOLDERS CAN TRAVEL FOR FREE FROM TOMORROW

Doha :  From tomorrow, HAYA card holders can travel for free on Doha Metro and Lusail trams. Free travel is allowed till December 23. 35 more entry and exit gates have been installed at 9 metro stations to ease congestion.


The gates have been installed to control congestion at stations connecting to World Cup stadiums and entertainment centers for fans. 110 trains will operate during the World Cup. 7-8 lakh passengers are expected daily. Qatar Rail has announced that it will operate a 21-hour Doha Metro service.
